Lanka Safe Tours allows you to make 5 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 10 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
Lanka Safe Tours allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Lanka Safe Tours, 30 days before departure.

Low Deposit
Lanka Safe Tours requires a minimum deposit of 1000 USD per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 10 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Lanka Safe Tours charges.
